THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Surgical & Dental technician experience (2 years)
- Passion for community care, TNR work, vaccine clinic, affordable surgical options
- Ability to maintain fast-paced work surgery schedule, 30-40 patients / day.
- Manage clinic financial and operational performance by assisting with budgeting and expense control, monitoring revenue and deposits, tracking key performance indicators.
- Time Management skills to balance time on the floor and administrative duties
- Weekly meetings with Regional Director & Midtown HD’s
- Monthly L10 Meeting with Medical Director
- Inventory & Order Management, Equipment Care and Maintenance
- Train, mentor, evaluate, and develop team members through ongoing coaching, performance reviews.
- Scheduling & Payroll
- Social Media & Client Reviews
- M-F, 8-5pm
