Meet Our Team

Dr. Hailey Magnussen was born in Southern California but grew up in Arizona and attended Arizona State University for her undergrad. She worked as a technician before going to veterinary school at Colorado State University. She worked in the surgery department and critical care unit at CSU throughout vet school and developed a passion for soft tissue surgery and emergency medicine, as well as preventative care. She graduated with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2019 and then returned home to Arizona to begin her career as a veterinarian. She has 2 dogs, 2 cats and 3 horses. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, horse-back riding and traveling.

Dr. Je’Pierah Gasper is from Sacramento, CA but was raised in San Tan Valley, AZ. She graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then went to complete her veterinary degree at Midwestern University. In her free time she likes cake decorating, playing video games, watching movies, and playing fetch with her two dogs – Leilani and Delilah.

Isabel was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She has worked in veterinary medicine since 2018 and graduated from Carrington College for veterinary assisting. Isabels clinical interests include anesthesia and surgery.She loves working with all her patients but has a deep fondness for cats. She even has two of her own! A sassy tortie named Indy and a rambunctious and insane tabby named Joyboy. In her free time she enjoys photography, Crochet, and curling up on the couch reading a good book.

Meet Emma! Born in sunny Mesa, AZ, she took a little detour to California before making her way back home. For over 10 years, Emma has worked with animals in all kinds of ways, but her heart truly found its calling in veterinary medicine. Since 2021, she’s been a dedicated vet assistant, spending the last year and a half helping pets (and their people!) at Low Cost Vet Clinic.

At home, Emma’s world is wonderfully full of fur and love. She shares her days with her goofy pittie Benny , and four fabulous cats: the mysterious Voodoo, the dreamy Luna, the silly Pickles, and the one-and-only Squidward . On top of that, she also cares for community kitties, making sure the local ferals get the love and help they need.

When she’s not surrounded by whiskers and wagging tails, Emma creates art for herself and her friends , and she’s always up for a spooky horror movie marathon .

I’ve always had a strong passion for animal care, particularly when it comes to treating and comforting our beloved fur babies. With hands-on training and a heart for animals, I am committed to providing the best possible care to every pet I encounter.

I’m an Arizona native who graduated from ASU and is pre-vet because I love animals…even if they want to eat me half of the time. I have a 3 year old dog named Kira and I usually spend my time playing guitar, video games, or hanging out with my friends.

My name is Kassandra. I’ve lived in Arizona my whole life and I bring a lifelong love for animals to my role as a Veterinary Assistant. I enjoy helping pets feel safe and cared for while supporting families with kindness and compassion. Outside of work, I enjoy a variety of music and spending time with my cat, Pika.
