How Our Feral Cat Program Works
We welcome local trap-neuter-return (TNR) caregivers and volunteers from Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Paradise Valley, and surrounding communities. Our feral cat services are designed to be low-cost, efficient, and easy to use:
Drop-Off Details
- No appointment necessary: first-come, first-served walk-in service Monday-Friday.
- Drop-off time: 8:45 AM – 9:15 AM.
- We accept up to 3 feral cats per trapper per day.
- Fee: $55 per feral cat, including spay/neuter surgery and pain medication.
Pick-Up Information
- Pick-up: Generally between 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM same day.
- Trappers receive a text message when cats are ready for pickup.
What to Bring
- Cats must be brought in humane live traps only (no carriers).
- Feral cats are treated as no-touch patients to ensure safety for both animals and staff.
- Note: Services are limited by daily capacity, so arriving early increases your chance of being seen.
Extra charges may apply for:
- Cats in heat
- Pregnant cats
- Cryptorchid males
- Cats brought in carriers rather than traps
